School Fee Plan is a funding service for private school fees. We undertook research with parents to better understand customer need and evolve the service proposition.
Libra is an award-winning investment research firm. They wanted to develop a 2.0 version of their respected Apollo app that gives portfolio managers a predictive edge trading stocks.
The existing application was hampered by usability issues. Stakeholder workshops and user testing helped us gain a solid understanding of the issues and prioritise the proposed roadmap and enhancements. Before and after below.
Fully responsive design. All UXD, UI and front-end code delivered by us working closely with Libra’s back-end team. Highcharts was used for data visualisation.
Scrum-mastering was provided by Pancentric. Design & collaboration tools included Sketch, Invision and Miro board. The software was delivered into testing within 6 months. Approx. 12 production sprints, delivered on time and in budget.
