Our Go-Insur PAS team wins Tech Partner of the Year at the Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards 2024.
Jelf, one of the UK’s leading advisers in Insurance, Risk Management and Employee Benefits, has launched a new website as part of longer-term steps to enhance customer experience and digital delivery of services. The launch follows a recent rebrand of the company and merge with insurance brokers Bluefin.
To further their Digital Transformation plans, their new website has been built on Sitecore, one of the world's leading customer experience platforms. As a Sitecore Gold Partner, Pancentric were expertly placed to develop and deliver this project.
"Our strength is in our expertise and the client relationships we build. The re-platforming of the website is the first step towards integrating digital more fundamentally into our service delivery. The next 2 years of transformation will enhance and scale the best of what we’ve always done as trusted advisers and make us trail-blazers in our space."
Paul Williams, Marketing Director at Jelf Group
"A 21st century version of Jelf is on its way. We’ve spent many months mapping Jelf’s current service blueprint, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders across the country to define what ‘good’ looks like and the opportunities for smarter servicing and marketing. Insights from this are driving transformation plans. During 2018 and beyond we will be harnessing the full personalisation capabilities of Sitecore and CRM to connect the client experience across channels and market more effectively throughout the customer life-cycle."
